I have no idea. Maybe they want to meet first to make sure you're not a cop trying to sting them on prostitution charges. If you spend money on a couple fancy dinners the odds that you're a cop are pretty low. Then you can talk specifics. I'm a dumbass incel loser though so get advice from someone who knows about this stuff.

Have any of you folks tried to use crowdfunding to fund your business endeavors?

I would sell my fucking soul to go back an erase the mistakes that ruined my credit score because I am trying to open a store in my city and can't get a fucking dime in loans.

I keep reading about how crowdfunding is supposedly a viable option, but it seems like a fools errand.

I would get my parents to co-sign for a loan, but they love my sister more and already co-signed to get her a car.

That sounds like hyperbole, but they signed for $50,000 in loans for her and I am all-but-dying in a ditch as I try to chase dreams.

Well /biz/, I've worked as a programmer for about 6 years in varying positions and the pay fucking sucks. I have a bunch of side projects that I haven't published, etc, but I'm wondering what exactly I need to do to make money that mostly costs time. Can I get some suggestions? What's good right now?
