Do you have friends?
Do you have good family?
Do you have work?
Do you have high standing at your work?
Do you have a partner?
If not, do you believe you can get a partner?
Do you have life goals or dreams?
Do you think you're progressing toward those goals/dreams?

Once you have either checked these things to your satisfaction or determined that these parts of your life are in order, try to see if you have high levels of inflammation or bodily disorders known to cause inflammation in your body.

If all the above fail, go on a 21 day water fast, taking 1/2 teaspoon of salt a day for sodium.
Ideally check with your doctor first to get a blood test to see if you are deficient in any critical minerals before starting the fast, or if you don't want to go to the doctor, eat two bananas and some spinach before you start.

If even this doesn't work, consult a psychotherapist, then a psychiatrist.
