With the larger ones, I was pretty certain of Pyrite, but these have this copperish hue and more complicated forms, but pyrite must not necessarily be a perfect cube.
They're just very annoying. Heavy and glittery enough to confuse you quite a bit. I'm not used to pyrite. Where' I'm normally, it's all weathered away, but this close to a source, it's a pain in the ass.
Pic related however was quite a bit heavier than the other stuff, but probably not as heavy as gold. Have to see if I can get a better look when it's dried.
