I recently started working in a large corporate job and it's kind of depressing. I will move jobs in the same company every 8 months but I am already considering quitting.

My job is brain-dead and requires no intelligence. All the technical people are outsourced. There is very little work to do but my manager has already hired 3 people who will start soon. I am also in a dead end department where all the work is just tweaks.

My manager has already given me the "You're finding the work fine but I'm worried that you're not social enough" talk so now I'm worried about being randomly fired. She kept asking me if anything is wrong socially. I kept saying no. This is a lot like another job I had where the dumb middle aged normie woman manager went from faux concern about my lack of normieness to shouting psycho quite quickly. The work was fucking easy back then as well.

I can't fit in with posh people or dumb middle aged women so I will never succeed in the workplace.

I'm a 29 year old ugly autist charismaless meek beta male. I'm some months in to my first career-worthy job and I've come to realise that employers are totally correct in having recruiting processes that base their filters and criteria only on social skills, looks, extroversion, and poshness.

I failed huge amounts of graduate job interviews, which is why my "career" (making the assumption I have one) started so late. I kept failing job interviews due to being an ugly autist sperg. I was so bitter and I thought that normies were repulsed by me. I thought I was smart enough to do any of these non-skill jobs that make up most of the workplace. I was correct about my intelligence but I now see why employers try to keep spergs out.

Firstly, most jobs require no raw intelligence, and this is especially true of the higher paying and higher status jobs. A genius biologist has the impact of one genius biologist. A dumb manager who manages 10 genius biologists can have the impact of 10 genius biologists. Anything that has a definite, well specified, objective output becomes commodified, bought and sold, and there is no shortage of people willing to work extremely hard on clearly defined processes for clearly defined outcomes. These are just facts. (As an aside, this is also a big reason why people are so desperate to claim that programming "requires empathy" or that "X career isn't just numbers" or why Harvard and Oxford keep the BA title for their science degrees rather than switch to Bsc. This layer of ill defined bullshit is what stops something from being easily and fully replicable and replaceable. It gives things an air of higher social status.)

I wish I wasn't so blackpilled. I didn't go to an elite university so I knew that even if I put in effort I still wouldn't be considered smart. I am a wagecuck so even if I try hard at my job and get promoted and paid a lot, I am still lower than an entrepreneur or freelancer. I'm an ugly beta autist so even if I tried to be a normie, I'd be, at best, the group loser (and still no gf).

If my sleep is even the tiniest bit imperfect I become a weakling.

For those of you who haven't seen my other posts this week, I had to interact with normie women (early 20s) at a work social event and they were totally repulsed by me.
