The real redpill is that human progress on both the societal and individual level, follows along with levels of personal restraint, discipline, and delayed gratification. One of the biggest ways in which society has progressed in the last few hundred years was in more and more advanced levels of sexual restraint, of both women AND men. The fact of the matter is, we have regressed as a society in this area and called it progress because a narrative that these artificial constraints on human sexuality are "repression". This narrative ignores that these restraints work best when nearly universally applied across society.

We're sick right now, because we think that chasing sex all the time, thinking about sex all the time, and considering sex a goal in and of itself rather than a means of reproduction and pair-bonding with a long term partner for the benefit of raising children with the best chances for success in life.

Your problem would be solved as soon as you accept that masturbation, and even casual sex in general, and I might even go so far as to say sex with anyone you don't fully intend to have children with someday (or even already have children with or are actively trying to have children with) is not normal. It is not a healthy mentality that is in line with the progress of humanity. If we are to become greater than we were, we must progress, and giving up sex for pleasure is a part of that.
