Fucking teleslack.
I haven't ever seen a worse scam in the history of the world.
It had been demonstrably proven beyond the shadow of a doubt that teleslacking employees are, at best, 50% as efficient as people working in the office.
I'm trying to train new people for jobs where I work and they telework then complain when they're not getting the OJT they need to 1. Get a promotion and 2. Keep their job.
You have to have a large percent of your OJT done in your first year or you get fired here. It basically keeps the idiots and unskilled browns out.
This one guy is always complaining that I am not including him in training. My job is fixing medical equipment at large hospitals, and they routinely send me around the world to do it. When an MRI takes a shit at the Mayo, those are people's lives that depend on the machine getting fixed. Dude lives an hour from the office in St. Cloud, which is an hour from Rochester MN. I'm not waiting two hours for his ass to get to work only to spend another hour driving to the hospital.
>INB4 wagie scum!!!
It's a $150k/year job and is crazy interesting, so the saying that love what you do and you'll never work a day in your life is true. I sometimes have to test the machine and there is no shortage of hot nurses willing to help by getting their tits imaged.

Dude, more than likely you don't meaningfully own anything, and I am not being mean here, but you understand that you're able to short stocks or buy into VIX, right?
Secondly, if things get absolutely and completely out of hand, it could bring housing prices crashing down because right now, the ability of like 75% of the working class to buy a house is akin to your chances of walking on the sun.
A crash right now would be a REALLY good thing.
