What happens to all the high numismatic coins when all the boomers go in the next 10-20 years? Millenials, and genx don't care about a dime from 53 or an AGE from 72, there are tens of thousands of eagles out there. They care about a grogu coin with only 250 minted, or limited mint series like the queens beasts, not so much a wheat penny. I think if we all live that long alot of the numismatic coins are going to rapidly swap prices because alot of the value placed on coins outside of its metal content are because of the history of the coin or the perceived history. So an eagle from 72 might mean alot to a boomer who has memories attached to that year not so much a millenial who has zero attachment and the coins aren't old enough to be considered ancient like some old Roman bronze. To them its just a dime or just another slightly scratched eagle. All personal opinion of course I could be totally wrong.
