Almost 10 years out of high school and still living in my parent’s basement while working full time as an engineer for almost half a decade.

Why was I lied to? Why was I told that hard work would get me ahead?

I majored in a dead end career field (mechanical engineering) and the max I can make is like 75k which doesn’t allow me to own a home.

What should I do? What can I pivot into to increase my income?

God, please help me. I have no energy, ever. My head constantly aches, I feel lightheaded and dizzy when I look around, I feel cold all the time. I can barely function anymore. I don’t know how I’ll ever overcome the way I’m feeling.

I try to get more sleep, it does nothing, I still wake up freezing cold, dizzy, and with a headache. I try to exercise and I’m so exhausted I have to lay on the floor.

Depression ruined my life. I want to be healthy but I can barely move anymore.
