The pic is bad, as others have said. I try to take my pics in natural light, best not to long before the sun goes down. Indirect light is the key, it seems.
And i bought the same David from Amazon for 15€. Observe the two pics, took them maybe half an hour apart.
And with cell phones you really have to take a few pics all the time, just to make sure one of them has acceptable focus.

This might be taxation, depending on where you are. Usually you can buy and sell gold tax free and a 1oz coin is sold for 1.5%, or less than 3% with shipping.
