Who else /hightest/ and has to jerk off in the office once in a while?

I honestly wish it didn't happen but I've been having to jerk off at least once a week at work because I legitimately cannot think straight while I feel like I need to nut and the feeling with last all day if I don't. There's not even attractive women in the office and I have a pretty healthy sex life outside of work, but I get these totally primal urges that come in massive waves out of nowhere. I usually try to hit the gym during lunch time when it happens but that rarely helps - sometimes makes it worse. Lately, I've been getting paranoid that the bathrooms have cameras that can see me when it happens and it stresses me the fuck out because the last thing I would ever want is to get caught doing disgusting shit at work. I'm 25, white male in califoria, go to the gym a lot, and eat extremely healthy so I feel like it's probably just natural urges, but I might see a doctor for advice on it.
