It will not ever be a death cross.The problem is that everyday less and less people want to use BTC. and by people I mean businesses. There are no new businesses out there that are big wanting to use BTC. If Amazon tomorrow came out and stated they would begin accepting bitcoin it would skyrocket the price in the millions.

Will that day ever come before 2040? Probably not. BTC has made so many enemies
