Since Hindenburg did a report on tingo i tried to use it as a lesson in how to recognize shady stuffs in 10-q.
Am I right in that the following acquisition looks odd and should be a red flag?

They paid 250k for a food company but wrote it as only 56k because the company had 200k in non tangable and goodwill assets.
