I've recently come into quite a bit of money and want to live closer to my family in Western Illinois. I love the city and the country equally, so I'm torn between buying a place in Chicago (a few hours drive from family) or going all out and buying hundreds of acres of prime deer hunting land closer to my family. Which is a better overall investment?
