since you boobs wouldn't post questions in the thread I made:

1) Why is the overall stock market going up right now? How is it that there are more buyers than sellers? Just who is buying? I hear answers of "brrrr Jermone print money"; "anon it's due to quantitative easing by the economists"; "TINA / there is no alternative"..among others, but I don't quite understand these answers, minus the last one.

1a) What are the future repercussions of what Jerome / the banks / the elite / ((((they))) are doing to prop the stock market up?

2) How and why is the stock market seemingly divorced from the overall economy? Unemployment is up, consumer spending is down, and yet the stock market is going up, which seems to imply that the two are not necessarily related. Is this a correct assumption? Or could it be the case that the two are interconnected, and that minus consumer spending, the economy is actually doing fine right now? How do you even measure how well the economy is doing?
