Digits witnessed. Tail end of Gen X here. The pre-internet/smartphone world back then had a kind of blissful ignorance and the future seemed secure/stable while our own personal futures seemed mysterious. Instant communication and the data overload of the internet just caused us to finally see the prison society has been building all around us for hundreds of years and identify who the prison owners are and why they do it. Also, media, government and culture were not fully weaponized and the technology was a neutral element, not the weapon delivery system DARPA has made it into today. Now, all I hope for is a quick, clean death where I am not financially harvested by Big Healthcare or left to rot alive like the poor mRNA Vaxxies are going to be (see prion disease in deer). The march towards a one world order was occurring, but the frantic rush of its current deployment wasn’t happening yet. The water was only getting a degree warmer every five years or so. The race to depopulate before critical global infrastructure failure was not as desperate and obvious as it is now. The best metaphor for the start of the pre-internet/smartphone world was like being a new smoker before the iron grip of addiction takes place and when the smokes were $2 a pack. The world felt cool and confident and the consequences of the habit had not manifested. So it goes…
