I think its caused by a combination of a few factors. Some of these or all.

>ICOs dumping
>Fear due to sharding delay
>Ethereum futures launch in a couple months

I still dont believe this is permanent. ETH is a good project with a promising future. The only reason Im not buying is because Im not sure weve hit bottom yet.
