Yes, and the other similar website I bought the candelabra from is also fixed-price only format. You can submit best offers on the websites though which is a nice feature, I should try spamming obvious noob sellers with lowball offers to see what sticks. eBay gets the most action of course, but if you have remotely decent alternative e-commerce platforms they won't have as many competing scrappers so you should give them a close look for cheapies.
