well i have used a bit to pick up some miners

so far they are all negative save for GPL but I don't look at that at savings but instead is me buying the the opportunity to make some money if miners really do moon. Not enough to make me wealthy but just enough shares I might make a bit of money and be in a better position for the future.
We shall see what happens but if I am lucky the bets will pay off and everyone in /pmg/ will make some nice returns.

Yeah I ended up with 20 cyber rounds, 20 krugerrand and the rest a mix of maple leaves, britania, and some kangaroos.
but then again I started late like last week late but at the current rate I will have made all the money back I payed over spot in a day or two.
This shit is going crazy

So lets say a house is at 200K for sale, if i have lets say 50K can i take a loan and buy the house, then rent it and let the bank take ALL the rent of that house but only the rent of the house not from my salary or something, till the loan is totally paid and then i could have my passive income? Is this a good idea or im a totally brainlet here?

I already have 2 house in rent and it would be nice to have another or something like that
