Say you have an $80,000 portfolio (~400 ETH), and the latest hot new shitcoin comes out (i.e. HEX, ESH, RPL, etc.). What % do you allocate to the moon bag? I've been sticking to top 20 shit because I'm pretty risk averse, but I want to start getting into shitcoin moon missions. Also, how do you find out about them before they pump? Should I be reading forums like Bitcointalk or subreddits or something? Thanks.
