If you are serious, and not a larp, here's what I would do in your situation :

I don't know your age, but if you are 30+ and "just starting", I would learn to code. This is a job you can do remote and anyone, anyone smart enough to post on this website can be a front-end engineer.
Do the Odin Project and go the Full Stack Javascript https://www.theodinproject.com/
You don't like coding ? Good. I don't care. You made shit choices and have to deal with the consequences now. You have to learn some sort of marketable skills to survive the coming years, and this is your best bet.
If not, you can try to go in sales. But you are giving me a vibe that talking to people is not your forte...

If you are 25+, I'd go the "trade route". Again, you are learning a skill. Plumbing, electricity, fucking anything. You have to learn to have some type of life.
Or unironically join the army. I wouldn't but maybe this is the best path for you idk.

Stop drinking. Stop processed food. Start to cook, even if it is rice + steamed brocoli + chicken.
Drink only water, coffee or tea.
Do some exercice at least twice a week (walking for 1h+ counts)
Go outside everyday, find your nearest patch of nature, walk around it and go home.

Read the book "So good they can't ignore you" (or download an audiobook version if you're poor as shit) and "Can't hurt me"

If you need money, downsize.
If you can't downsize, go further away.
If you can't, find friends/family/people to help you.
If you can't, live in your car.

If after trying everything (who am I kidding, you won't try all of this but I have hope it might help a lurker) you don't want to change anything or you don't see a way out, do 5g of magic mushrooms.
Trip the fuck out and maybe, maybe that'll show you some things you need to understand to work it out.

If nothing works, just know I cared for you during the 6 minutes it took me to write this.
