I have heard CZ's original suggestion was for DK to sell off the reserve Bitcoin and use those funds to buy and burn the excess LUNC. Maybe after he saw DK just fuck off and create 2UNA, CZ figured the law would eventually catch up to DK anyway and force that Bitcoin to be sold off, and positioned himself to benefit massively by buying up trillions in LUNC. It would be over 9000D ontological chess on CZ's part if he saw that coming all the way back last May.

Binance probably locked withdrawals until the burn tax goes live, relax anon they'll reenable them again later. obviously you'll be able to sell your LUNC on Binance and cash out. or send from Binance to your Terra Station wallet... otherwise it would mean they're holding your coins hostage. this is just a transitory period until all the cexes agree to implement the burn tax, and it goes live on the chain as well. in 2-3 weeks everything will be open again and you'll be able to swap around freely. also, you wouldn't be able to sell now on Binance anyway, unless you're wanting to cash out at these low prices - Binance has limits and they won't let you set up sell orders for $1 when LUNC's price is so low right now.

buy all the LUNC on Kraken, and just send it to your wallet on Kucoin and Binance. that's what I did. Kraken lets me buy with VISA, so I just load up my bags there, leave a good chunk on Kraken, send a smaller chunk to Kucoin, and one final chunk to Binance. this lets you have multiple ladders on multiple cexes, in case one of them decides to fuck over users during the moonshot with "technical difficulties". also, consider staking like 30% of your overall bag for those sweet rewards (but only if you have like 5+ million LUNC, otherwise if your bag is small it's better to just have it available for sale and not locked in staking).
