Rolexes are made almost entirely by automated machines, both inside and out.
And it shows.
At that point, just get a Seiko. It has the exact same level of craftsmanship in it.

If you're gonna wear a luxury watch (all mechanical watches are obsolete and therefore luxury), wear one with HAND finishing; actual craftsmanship.
