The problem you describe is that markets are efficient and all profit is competed away. The solution is either to find a natural monopoly, operate in a more inefficient market or you can find or create a new markets yourself.

Just pay attention. Find a market that isn’t being offered, it can be a fucking lack of late night food trucks in your city, it could be lack of information on YouTube about your favourite hobby stamp collecting, whatever the fuck, just find a market that is wanted and not being delivered and deliver it.
