Anyone else reading into cycles of where all this helicopter money will go?

I’m a bit into everything own a few rentals, have a (((job))), run a small business but my biggest goal is always cash flowing real estate.

Obviously everything in real estate is waaaaay over valued at the moment so I’m looking into getting a good bit of silver at the moment to ride the wave of metals going up as inflation hits. Then scoop up real estate at discounts rates once this debt bubble hits.

I’m doing equities as well swing trading but I see that taking an overall dive in terms of value not (((dollar))) amount.
