i am not sure how they are government wise to mining, i am sure that whole Vale disaster changed a few leaders minds on mining. As far as I know their fairly friendly when it comes to international / corporate mining but there is extreme corruption.

On Manganese I ll have a look at both but I dont believe its a real future sector in NA because of how wide scale the deposits have to be to be feasible to extract. The ore coming from Africa to Chinese refiners is something like .3% or a bit higher, its a bulk tonnage commodity that you need mega tonnage to make it work. Manganese X I recall from months ago had some good drill intercepts at their property in New Brunswick.
As for American Manganese I dont know anything about them other than they hold the past producing Roche Deboule Mine near Hazelton BC, one of my childhood haunts. Its a worthless property though, i am not sure why they are holding on to it after all these years, its to contaminated to bother working on.
