Your time frame is based upon your own experience... it just takes time to know your own strengths

What I trade lately is CFDs ... I’m a US citizen so I have to trade using foreign brokers, but I’ve had no problems (I use LMFX and trade their forex too). Lately the DAX, NDX and Dow indexes have been rolling within some rather easily defined 15min/30min/daily ranges.
I HIGHLY recommend you all look into it,...if you look at it every day, the patterns will pop right out at you and you’ll be like ‘why didn’t I see this before!!!?!’ (Like everything else in life)

I’m over 45 and pretty much been in all three positions OP has ascribed and all have their ups and downs but I did have the best memories when my kids were small and I was just starting out and broke. We would make homemade pizza and brownies on cold Friday nights.
Pretty comfy now, able to travel and buy most anything I care for.
