I'll counter the guy that said he made nothing after reading it with my experience, all true. I was broke and made $1,300 the month before reading it, and $19,000 within a month of closing the last page. It was the beginning for me of a now decade long tenure of working for myself. I made $2,500 so far this morning.

It's not for everyone but I've had more conversations about this book with more wealthy people than any other single title. It is a very effective book for some. Personally so effective for me I can almost open the book to any given place to find a solution to any given problem(almost). Quite literally what OP asked for, a business bible...for some.

The book isn't a specific path or manual for any given strategy towards success. It's more of an outside of the box frame-work or way of thinking about business, that if it resonates with you can literally provide some serious hacks, or shortcuts to many common entrepreneurial and business situations.

It's also good at helping you find focus and a place to aim your efforts if you aren't sure of what direction to to take.

Written by the tag-along and confidant to a big, old money American style empire. It's not a manual, but it's precise and inspirational for many.
