I am in a dangerous position, anons. I never realized, but I am addicted to buying Chainlink. I started buying at 17 cents and I was buying at least 1x/month since then, often at least 1x/week and many days I'd make multiple purchases in a single day.

Going through the drop from over $1 all the way back to 17 cents where I first started buying was really hard, but during that entire time I of course bought more. In fact, I got into a cadence since then where every time the market enters a downtrend, I transfer a large sum of cash to my crypto exchange of choice (previously Binance and now CBP), and start buying Chainlink daily.

During the huge rise from around $0.80 to over $4, I was cash poor and unfortunately didn't get much. But since this down trend happened I started buying again (at $3.40 and have been buying every day since). What sucks is my average cost was very low and so I was super in the green, and the more I buy at these levels the higher my average price & the less my multiple of profit.

Am I retarded? I literally can't stop myself. Is anyone else out there suffering from a Chainlink buying addiction?

Get on this moon mission, boys, because it's about to pump and go 10x!

It has real world use; banks will use!

Here is some info about the tech written by it's solid dev team!

"Chainlink (LINK) is a decentralized oracle service, which aims to connect smart contracts with data from the real world. Since blockchains cannot access data outside their network, oracles are needed to function as data feeds in smart contracts. Oracles provide external data (e.g. temperature, weather) that trigger smart contract executions upon the fulfillment of pre-defined conditions."

About to sell? Just hold you weak handed faggot.

Don't have any? Why aren't you buying?

It's a good real product! If you don't believe me, stay poor.

If you do, thank me later.

We know the token will be pegged to usd for node payments.
How is this going to affect the token price in the long run?
Do we know what'll be the max limit to be stacked in nodes as collateral? And how does the 18 decimals play out in all of this?

The Network Effect and why LINK has already succeeded.

https://www.investopedia.com/terms/n/network-effect.asp

The network effect basically means, the more users on a network, the more it attracts other users and the more valuable the network becomes.

Chainlink is the only opensource decentralized solution to the oracle problems. Opensource is important for the network effect, this allowed bitcoin to continuously exist even without a "leader". Chainlink is no different, once fully developed it is now open to the public for improvement. Even if Sergey abandoned the project after the mainnet, chainlink would continue to be improved upon and used.

Now from what I can see, chainlink is already allowing you to play with testnets and implement basic oracles. This is the beginning of the network effect, these initial users of the network will likely have the most to gain in the end, their use will drive others to join them. Eventually overtime, theres a consensus that this is the best network to use for oracles.

Food for thought.

My girlfriend wants to know:
What's the probability of LINK reaching 10$ when the market recovers? Also, when will the market most likely recover?

She's really hot and sweet but keeps bugging me about buying a new car (a Toyota perhaps?) with my crypto money...
