You can see the actual point where the algo was fed the shares from the DTCC, the first pattern was clearly on the way up and then they managed to get the brazilian puts, sell 20% Citadel for cash to Sequoia and Paradigm and push it back down for a bit, but like a ball underwater it was going to come back up. Then the split happened and they have managed to push it down ever since. There is no more damning evidence they stole the shares and mishandled the split deliberately, mainly with all foreign shares - which tells you unless DRS the price will suppress!
