I actually have no fucking idea, having wondered this myself many times. My guess would be that anyone who could actually raise a stink to the SEC or relevant regulatory authorities never got suckered in to begin with and all Chainlink flies under the radar by only being "invested" in by idiots who don't realize they are being scammed. I don't think a single institution ever actually bought in.

Complete lack of progress on promised functionality aside, the fact that like 80% of the supply is held by Sergey and his team of merry pranksters would basically make it a no-go for any serious investor.

It is so obviously a scam that it only fleeced retards and children so therefore it flies under the radar.
