I really don't know. It's essentially a weirdly structured ICO. As OP said, they probably misinterpreted the rules. The smart contract is really long, and not all too clear. And relying on the written rules or Richard's streams for information was apparently misleading.

Well that's unfair. Originally bitcoin hex was supposed to be only the free claim feature, so it was supposed to be just an airdrop to BTC holders. And even when it's not I still snooped around to see if there are any profitable opportunities here. I'm still interested in seeing what happens.

And why would you "research" AFTER investing? So you reassure yourself that your emotional investment was the right choice? Just how stupid are you?

>Agropacking Solutions (Brazil)
no SSL but it's a farming company or someshit so I guess, but what use are they going to get from oracles

>AtCash (US)
no SSL for a tech company? and what kind of company that sells "secure communications" is called AT CASH? what kind of racket is this

>bluField (US)
another literally who tech company without SSL. Is their CEO anonymous? "JM"? what kind of joke is this

>CashPundit (India)
no SSL, 3rd world, "cash pundit", don't care

>MaxCentive (US)
is this some kind of joke? the website is on one of those web builders, they didn't even bother getting a real domain

>retraced (Germany)
no SSL for a tech start up broken looking website fuck outta here

>Snapper Future Tech (India)
>India's Best Blockchain Application Development Company
no ssl good job

>WorldLaw (US)
no ssl fuck outta here

>DriveOn (Brazil)
>LotsApp (Brazil)
Hue?

>Gravel Coin (Brazil)
>Quant Network (UK)
literally shitcoins

>Constellation Group (UK)
>Credits (US)
>Crowdz (US)
>CyNation (UK)
>Insolar (Switzerland)
>Ld8a (UK)
>MonoChain (UK)
>North East (UK)
actual startups, not sure if they're really legit or why they need oracles but whatever.
So 8/20 of these startups aren't scams.

Why am I anal about SSL? Not only browsers won't support these soon, it's poor form and a display of incompetence in the tech field.
