Damn that's fucked up, anon. My friend's architecture office cut their hours and pay 20%, but at least everybody only had to work 4 days a week. If they want you working 100% they should pay you 100%. Good on you for ditching that place.
I'm currently at the largest architecture office in my state, and corporate is getting increasingly shit and WOKE. This last week they removed the ability for employees to negotiate salaries, and we're moving to a "merit" based pay raise system which rewards "oustanding performace" which will clearly be political horseshit.
But at least we had a great lecture about Black History Month :^)
I need to bail this sinking ship.
