Ethereum is going to be Myspace, You can't have a worldwide DeFi ecosystem with 25 transactions per second, plus those insane fees, especially when both those factors have already been beaten by some orders of magnitude.

Yeah when that comes in 2 years or more, all the momentum will have been lost. With the amount of movement in this tech space, in 2 years, it is 100% certain that someone will have beaten Ethereum in their own game.
