i still remember listening to this for the first time after buying the matrix soundtrack in 4th grade. i saw an entire music video in my mind, involving a very lifelike robot/synthdroid being put together in a factory and then emerging out into a busy street. it's crazy that 20+ years later i can still remember something that only happened in my mind's eye.

looking back on it, i was probably always destined to do psychedelics.

i'm intrigued with the idea that the answer to the Fermi hypothesis is that the aliens have always been here, in fact they have guided humans throughout our evolution, and that they reside in another dimension orthagonal to ours. this is the hypothesis put forth by my two favorite theorists on the topic, Jacques Vallee and John Keel, and in fact was laid out as the truth by Victor Goddard in an official lecture on the topic- the "interdimensional" or "ultraterrestrial" hypothesis

in this way it links up with other phenomena like bigfoot, ghosts, loch ness monster, Bermuda triangle, all sorts of weird phenomena- our dimension is only one, and our five senses only perceive a small part of the spectrum of reality. it is our brains (which are like radios tuned to a specific frequency) which cannot perceive the wider world.

not that there aren't also extraterrestrials- there are, and i think they seeded us here and other places in the solar system, and there's probably a whole federation of them out there beyond the blockades enforced by the Demiurge/Annunaki/Yahweh/bad aliens. but on earth, there are other entities that live in other dimensions and that explains a lot of the paranormal phenomena science "can't explain"

building on that- after reading Frank Herbert's Dosadi Experiment I wondered if the good aliens don't send souls specifically to incarnate on earth and disrupt the Control System/Saturn reality matrix without breaking the Cosmic No-Contact Order/noninterference order that was probably part of the truce that ended the Atlantean cosmic pyramid war that blew up Marduk.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of the people in this thread were "Indigo Children" system-disruptors who agreed to incarnate at this time in order to end the millennia-long rule of the black cube-worshipping Service-to-Self-Oriented Black Lodge bad aliens who engineered the earth as a pain farm to harvest loosh
