That was the top signal for me, about a day or two later Elon tweeted about how he was unhappy with Bitcoin due to the carbon footprint or whatever and kicked off the multi year bear.

I know how you feel, I got in debt at a tradeschool and still owe $34k from ten years ago in order to become licensed and certified in a particular field. Back then, starting at $14 was very decent (this is post 2009) considering how everyone and their dog was looking for a job. The other day at Aldi's I noticed a now hiring sign starting $16.50 an hour with medical, paid holidays, and other benefits. A kid fresh out from Highscool earns a little more without specializing in anything and without having to be in debt.
