Kleros (PNK) is not a good investment. It ideologically revolutionary, and will pave the way for some incredible projects, but it has already fufilled its purpose, it has hit peak saturation in the market, and is currently undergoing a slow, tragic death.

There are many, many issues with the coin that fucks over YOU (the investor). There is a big difference between what is good for the COMPANY and what is good for the TOKEN HOLDER. And there is virtually NO crossover.

The most obvious FUD. You've heard this one before. And I'm sure you think 1559 or a L2 will solve it. The truth is, gas is actually likely to RISE with 1559. 1559 is about making ETH deflationary and stopping people overpaying for gas. It will NOT reduce it (this topic is too large to cover in this post, but you can read about it here: https://www.gemini.com/cryptopedia/ethereum-improvement-proposal-ETH-gas-fee#section-eip-1559-and-block-size).). And for L2 - the team will NEVER move to layer 2 because it means the layer 2 protocol would have custody of their coins. If Kleros was not ported to L2 during DeFi summer, it absolutely won't be now (1 year later). They don't know how to fix this. They really don't. Ask them and you will get a frustrating, avoidant answer. I have been trying to get them to answer this for 6 months and they just keep saying they've been looking at options, like they have been since a year ago. In reality, the real answer is "we're hoping gas goes down to a point where it's ok".
