I would suggest deep ITM LEAPS on SPY (or even QQQ). The long call acts as synthetic shares with minimal breakeven (under 1% per year). A nice little bit of leverage (1.6x in pic related), and the high vega will protect you somewhat from large downward moves. Easiest way to outperform the market.
