Ips can be changed. More importantly we are talking about the real users. There are many paid shills that post here, most do so on a project-based basis. This can give the ilusion that /biz/ is much busier than it really is. If you removed all financial incentive to post, we would be more like /po/. That said, I think at least 1 of us 8 is a paid shill that overstayed his visit and ended up being a regular out of his own accord.
