2 isn't going to happen, at least not any time soon. Lightning network has some serious fucking issues without obvious solutions. I'm sure they'll eventually be solved but not today.

So what do you do with this information? You sell. You rebuy late 2019 or early 2020.

Anyone here cashed out a large sum of bitcoins? What's the best way? How do you avoid (((taxes)))?

early adopters hold all the currency
in order to make money early adopters have to sell bitcoins to other people
people buy into it and early adopters cash out with your money
now you have bitcoins, now what?
if the only way this thing makes money is by selling for higher and higher and passing the hot potato to the next person isn't it jsut a ponzi scheme?
isn't this basically how all cryptocurrencies operate?

based on what ive read i think we are entering the consolidation phase for the entire crypto industry

this consolidation is probably equivalent to the dot com boom, but on a greater scale.

like the dot com boom more than 90% of cryptos will end up going to zero once there is a systemic correction

i don't know the remaining 10% but i think they will be like google and amazon, they will survive and thrive and absorb the whole market, and go way beyond

i think bitcoin will be the one that will be #1, because it has cornered the "digital gold" / "store of value" sector, which is potential worth trillions

the others that survive will take over the "currency" and "functionality" sectors. i have no idea which ones those will be. i want to say ETH will control function, but i don't know much about it

We don't need this fucking shitcoin. It's absolutely useless! No one uses this dinosaur tech piece of shit coin.
