My position got outsourced a year ago due to 'rona financial issues at my company. This ended my 12 year career. I've spent the last year unemployed and enjoying life. Just last week I started a new 8-5 job, making 20% less than my previous job, but with 10x the workload.

I am completely demoralized and drained by the 8-5 life and I would unironically rather die than pretend to give a fuck about this job. But I need to bring in $1.1k a month to keep my house.

How are anons making decent money independently? I have considered standing up a couple vidya servers and taking donations, but that won't be enough unless I manage to advertise the fuck out of it and even then would be tenuous. With my two 2080 Ti I could mine but I assume that would also not be sufficient.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
