The fact that the possibility was known beforehands and nothing was done to fix it makes it enough of a fuck up that is worthy of the whole company going down. To be honest I'm amazed how little of a hit Balancer took from it. Anyways, here is the address of the exploiter:

First transactions in the wallet were only a day prior to the whole thing going down and (afaik, I'm not too good with blockchain analysis) is not related to Balancer. They couldn't have prevented it from happening while it was happening and to me it even seems everything happened within the same block.
