After I made it, I withdrew my 401k. Tax free growth is cool, but you still pay taxes on the total when withdrawing it when your dick doesn't work at 63. There will be higher taxes in the future, albeit different brackets, but I do not think as a net net prospective it will be lower than today.

You also have to think, if you have index funds and don't sell, you are literally having tax free growth there as well. The 401k is not really that advantageous. The only thing good about it is the pre-tax going in, but even then, the entire thing assumes your tax bracket will be lower in retirement. If you make it, that is ostentatiously false.
