Why are the nouveau elites so tacky and tasteless? Their sense of style is literally “throw a granite counter top in the house and grab me some solid color T-shirts”
Like at very least you could lord over me with a hand carved palace or something. The Chinese and Arabs are even worse, it’s “Cover my toilet and car in gold and call it good” level tacky.
Where the fuck are the giant crystal chandeliers and giant murals and massive hand made sculptures.
