Continued because I hit capacity for words.

After your $160 budget for ads has converted successfully (good churn if subscriber based) then you start scaling it up. Eventually and theoretically you will be making a lot of money at this point.

Life time value > Customer acquisition costs

Life time value is the value of the lifetime of a user, so if its subscription based these are important, otherwise not so much depending on how your app resources work.

Not entirely sure as far as your question goes, I would contact a lawyer for sure for anything paperwork related. Don't make my mistake and not do the paperwork from the get-go and end up dissolving due to a bad partnership. You would be required to start paying him when the company starts making profit after monthly/yearly overhead (depending on your agreement/contract). If you don't want to always give him equity, make a clause that his stake of the company deteriorates over time. I can't say for equity cause I have no idea what your app is. I did receive funding twice now, first investor was a friend I had met online and it ended horribly even though we both made a lot of money. We did a 50/50 stake of the company (also bad idea). Certificates / licenses for an ecommerce application would be SSL/Code signing and maybe a Mcaffee security cert or something. Pretty standard stuff. Also, no problem.

I'm not entirely sure honestly, I just tell my developer to make it cross platform and get the required certs and graphics. I do web development too for my SaaS and others so if you guys have any questions related to that i'd be glad to help.

We already don't log. Seriously don't log at all. I log the sessions, there period and data used. Just to keep track of resources and in case anything happens I can pin point the user responsible.

Shilling/spamming is practically useless. I have a lot of capital to work with so we are having software developed with lots of features.
