I’m just thinking out loud here but can someone help me with the following question regarding FTM? I’m a brainlet when it comes to finance so I’m not really sure how to be brief.

FF just launched, with lending and borrowing soon to come. We already know there are a shitton of partnerships announced that will become available as synths in the near future.

Imagine minting fUSD, and you trade it for fETH. You could transfer this to real ETH via some bridge, but why would you with the current ridiculous gas prices?

Now imagine a situation where you could trade that fETH, or even the fUSD for other coin synths that are price pegged to their original tokens. This creates an entire ecosystem of tradable shitcoins outside of the Ethereum network, with the speed and low transaction costs of the FTM network.

My question is: will the fantom finance suite act as some sort uniswap in this case? Or would you need a service like uniswap deployed on the opera network to make all this trading available? I’m not sure if this is common practice with defi suites, hence the question, but if this is the case, I see a lot of potential in FTM.
