Autist bro who loves reading documents here. I have a fun connection between recently filed docket 1681 and some RC tweets. Docket 1681 details a case that was filed by BBBY against one of its executives (Mara Sirhal) on April 25th for taking a large amount of bonuses and then resigning. BBBY are alleging fraud on top of just asking the bonuses to be returned (pro-rated). On April 26th, one day after the case was filed, Ryan Cohen tweeted "America is littered with managers making millions in risk free compensation" and responded to a tweet from peruvian_bull that said "And many of them are driving their organizations into the ground while making money hand over fist!" with his own tweet "I can think of a few". One day later he also tweeted "Corporate America is a wolf in liberal’s clothing".

Another fun one, Mara sent her resignation letter to the board dated March 10. I find it plausible that people within the company would know this is coming a day or two before. Even at shitty jobs I've worked, people almost always know when a resignation letter is coming at least a day or two beforehand. Ryan tweeted two times, once on March 8th saying "你好" and one on March 9th saying "Does this mean I don't have to pay back Silicon Valley Bank?". Mara was trying not to pay back BBBY, and as Ryan often does, I think this tweet had a double meaning. One meaning being SVB had just collapsed, and one being this executive foolishly thinks they won't have to pay back BBBY. Just some fun stuff to consider. Shills will call me schizo, I'm just having fun and coming up with stories, maybe its true maybe its not. That's for you to decide for yourself.
