I'm literally the only person on my 100+ person team who goes out of my way to help people. Virtually everyone else put their career into cruise control a decade ago and couldn't give two shits about advancing.
On the plus side, my salary has doubled in the past 3 years, so it's paying off.

I can finally sleep

I'm so happy that I have 10 company holidays per year. Those two weeks make the other 260 business days of the year so much more bearable.
In completely unrelated news, I want to die.
