From my experience, the average "hyper liberal" socjus employee is toxic beyond belief. -t got gaslit, accused of lying, and rumors spread about me by unhinged leftist coworker because she hated the fact that I was from the deep south and dared to work on the east coast. What it ultimately boils down to is leftist ideology propagates the belief that the ends justify the means: i.e. you believe you are a good, tolerant, successful person ergo anyone who doesn't immediately kowtow to your demands is bad, intolerant, and deserving of ridicule. Conservatives, generally, intend on operating on an even playing field when in non-supervisory positions but do have the propensity to vaingloriously justify their positions, once moved into management, as some sort of reward for their innate superiority and not their hard work.
I personally would prefer the smarmy and self important manager to a toxic coworker intent on ruining you via east-german stasi techniques.
