You know i never really focused on the dividend and I mostly just bought RioCan since it seems liked it was very oversold (especially when Canada was being very generous on keeping businesses afloat throughout lockdown), but this passive income seems pretty nice.. it never occurred to me that it would be $216 annually until now when I only have around 2 grand of maple dollars into it.

I mean +10% growth every year is generally already a good benchmark, it's giving me almost this much in dividends alone and the stock price itself will have an upward trend as Canada starts to reopen much more smoothly than the US.
