This.

OP can't even define what he thinks white collar or blue collar jobs are. Nobody like freeloaders, and nobody likes pillbillies. Everyone hates the guy with a do-nothing desk job that should've been automated with an Excel macro 20 years ago, and everyone hates the scumfuck plant operator that can't show up half the time, and is the reason we have to have constant "random" drug screens.

The real conflict isn't even between managers and their own subordinates most of the time. Its between the parts of the business that execute on delivering its good or service and the C-suite that is terminally disconnected from the day to day operations, or the sales team that constantly manages to sell things you don't actually provide.

OP is a faggot, and also has never held a job.

If you have a CDL, run a forklift, or work somewhere that may need an EHS guy, pay for this thing yourself if you can't convince the boss to do so for you:

https://www.osha.com/courses/hazwoper.html

It means that you and whoever else is certified are the only people that can move hazmats (a very broad category...). Which means that you instantly become more valuable.
